With great pleasure SQ Birichina Ltd. has successfully conducted a conference with SSC and above educated work force on 06 June 2015 along with more than 1100 cheerful audiences. The main theme was “Move towards Education: Fight for World Ranking”.
The purpose of the event was to recognize academically outstanding talents, celebrating their accomplishments and motivating them to dream big, to know the importance of accomplishment through the hard work and effort of many people working in cooperation. The chief guest of the event was Ms. Nishat Mazumdar, the 1st female mountain climber harnessed her inner strength to conquer not only Mt. Everest, but her own personal goals. Nishat shared her thrilling experience of how she called upon the same strength and courage that took her to the top of the world.
The Chef Guest arrived SQ station around 3pm and appeared in a lunch program with our selected 12 workers who are most efficient / old and best in different categories. After lunch program she visited our different floor. It was a participatory visit while she talked with a number of employees and took pictures. Every one of the floor really enjoyed her visit.
Finally she joined the grand conference at level 2 of canteen building. In a dynamic multimedia presentation, Nishat discussed how the principals involved in mountain climbing can be applied to everyday life and work. She shares with the SQ tribe how she found the courage and supported her commitment to do this. She motives people of SQ to have strength, courage and wisdom to look for the new challenges and set new goals.
Later she handed Talents Rewards to our employees those who have got GPA 5 in both SSC & HSC or got 4 first classes in SSC, HSC, and Honors & Masters level. Total 24 employees received the crest from Chief Guest.
The event concluded with the closing speech Mr Aruna, CEO-SQ expressed his thanks and gratitude to her for participating and becoming an inspirational leader to all employees. Mr Senthil, Director Operation handed over a nice Crest to the Chief Guest. In the program Mr Chaminda / Mr Wasantha and all managers were present.
