Participation Committee (PC) Election 2016 held successfully

The much awaited Participation Committee (PC) election successfully took place on August 23, 2016. Through this process the workers have chosen their representatives who will work with the concerned teams to ensure worker’s wellbeing. There were observers to witness the entire process, among the present were Mr. Asaduzzaman from the Bangladesh Labor Ministry, Ms Ashrafun Nahar from H&M, and Ms Syeda Aktar Chowdhury from H&M. SQ Top Management members were also present to ensure that the election program was fair and transparent.

Everyone expressed their satisfaction on the overall process and administration of the election. The observers thanked the SQ management for empowering the workers through this.
